Welcome to Wild Horse Estates AZ HOA

Our community was established in 1985, and we have 66 homesites for manufactured homes. We have a clubhouse that includes an outdoor heated pool and spa. We have an exercise room, a game room, kitchen, dining room and library/office. We do not have a business office as all the lots have been sold, but we do have a modest turnover with homeowners selling either on their own or with a realtor.
